SPS Facilities employs and provides services to a cross-section of people from diverse social, political and cultural backgrounds. We recognise and appreciate that diversity in the workplace adds value to our business decisions through the incorporation of different perspectives and experiences. Diversity in the workplace recognises that individuals within the workforce differ from each other and, as a result, people have a wide range of needs, skills and experiences. SPS Facilities takes an active approach to indigenous employment and participation. We are also researching mentoring programs in-house that can bridge the cultural gap and educate our existing team on how to best navigate cultural differences.
