Most of our competitors franchise or subcontract their work. We don't. The vast majority of our people are directly employed by SPS, which means long-term teams, lower turnover, and consistent quality on your site. It also means accountability sits with us, not a chain of subcontractors you never meet.
Our teams are engaged under Modern Awards and the National Employment Standards, so wages and conditions are guaranteed, and our time-and-attendance platform applies award rules automatically, so pay is calculated correctly against the work performed.

Our quality, environmental and safety systems are independently certified to international standards: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). SPS has held third-party certification for over 15 continuous years. We promote safe work methods aligned with legislation, identify and eliminate risks before they become incidents, and back it with scheduled site inspections and internal audits, so standards hold up on every site.
